QuickBooks is developed to be used simply by everyday people. If QuickBooks is set up incorrectly it could create a nightmare of issues as a business grows. Xonuox Bookkeeping can help eliminate the future headache by setting up your companies Chart of Accounts and will help determine the type of reports that would be helpful for everyday management.
Shoebox Bookkeeping
Do you have receipts in grocery bags, boxes or in various places?
Shoebox bookkeeping literally means that all of your receipts, invoices and bank statements are all put into a grocery bag or shoebox for later processing. Overtime this box becomes overwhelming and now it’s too much to handle anymore.
Payroll Processing
$50 per month for 10 employees*
*(additional $3 per employee/per pay period)
We will process you payroll weekly or bi-weekly. All payments will be done using direct deposit, pay stubs will be e-mailed directly to your employees. All you need to do is provide the following information and we will handle the rest.
