QuickBooks is developed to be used simply by everyday people. If QuickBooks is set up incorrectly it could create a nightmare of issues as a business grows. Xonuox Bookkeeping can help eliminate the future headache by setting up your companies Chart of Accounts and will help determine the type of reports that would be helpful for everyday management.

During the setup process we will:

  • Set up a chart of accounts,  accounts receivable/ payable, services, etc.
  • Determine your QuickBooks starting date
  • Enter balances as of that starting date
  • Editing Quickbooks Preferences to fit your company needs
  • Set up Vendors, Clients and Employees
  • Connect your Bank Account 
  • Set up your General Ledger

Payroll Processing
$50 Per Month for 10 employees

*(additional $3 per employee/per pay period)

We will process you payroll weekly or bi-weekly. All payments will be done using direct deposit, pay stubs will be e-mailed directly to your employees.  All you need to do is provide the following information and we will handle the rest

  • Employee name, address, phone number & e-mail address
  • Employee social security number and Pay rate
  • Each employee’s weekly or bi-weekly hours and any overtime hours
  • Employee Routing and Account numbers
*A separate invoice will be sent based on the number of additional employees/per pay period

Shoebox Bookkeeping*

Do you have receipts in grocery bags, boxes or in various places?

Shoebox bookkeeping literally means that all of your receipts, invoices and bank statements are all put into a grocery bag or shoebox for later processing. Over time this box becomes overwhelming and now it’s too much to handle anymore.

Send us your documents and we will handle the rest. We will take all of your receipts, invoices and bank statements to help you get organized. We will create your new QuickBooks company to help make running your business, keeping track of customers and sales much easier. It will also help your accountant be able to prepare your taxes much easier. 

  •  Match all of your Receipts with bank statements
  • Enter all receipts and transactions from all bank and credit card statements
  • Reconcile all of the checking and credit card statements
  • Prepare a P & L and a Balance sheet reports
